I usually dislike what people do to this amazing old brownstones. They rip out the amazing woodwork and characterists and everything is painted white with ultra modern ugliness. I admit that this one didn't over do that! It's an amazing piece of property!!!

I can surely daydream about living here. The person filming did a superb job! Went slow enough to really see and appreciate the building. A beautiful makeover. I enjoyed the tour so, so much and it's nice to hear music instead of someone taking especially if they're not an orator!

❤🙌 I live in Brazil and I've never been to NY, but after watching this video, I could imagine myself living in this place and enjoying every corner of this wonderful house, especially the balconies and gardens with my feline son Miguel. Go out early in the morning and at dusk to breathe the fresh air and explore the surroundings... I would receive family and friends, hold meetings with wine, good food and quality music. I'm glad dreaming is possible... ❤🙌 Moro no Brasil e nunca estive em NY mas ao ver este vídeo, consegui me imaginar morando neste lugar e aproveitando cada cantinho desta maravilhosa casa, especialnente as varandas e jardins com meu filho felino Miguel. Sair pela manhã cedinho e ao entardecer para respirar o ar puro e conhecer das imediações... Receberia familiares e amigos, faria reuniões regada a vinhos, boa comida e música de qualidade. Ainda bem que sonhar é possível ...
