Hello, I have the rx 008 and I would like to change the knife claw. Will the claws of the rx 009 be possible to adapt? I've already looked for just the claws on Aliexpress where I questioned some sellers but they sell the entire set. Is it possible for you to get a link to a seller that only sells the claw? I was upgrading my rx 008. I love your videos but I'm a fan of pocket knives, many of which are Victorinox, if you try sharpening small models you'll notice that you can't sharpen the blade at the tip, where the sharpening stone collides with the claw. But rx 009 only uses one claw which is centered on the sharpener and does an exceptional job. Thank you very much for your attention. I think I explained the subject well. Hugs from Portugal.

The only angle that matters is the angle between the sharpening stone and the knife! The angle between the clamp holder and the bench is not relevant.

I had the same question. It's really hard to tell how he managed to do it. At first I thought it looked like he heated it but Aluminum would be a little too brittle for that I think. Filing in down makes the most sense.
