Only member to have died was Lead Singer Bon Scott in 1980 from alcohol poisoning, and the heart and soul of all the riffs and lyrics, Rythem Guitarist, Angus' brother Malcolm Young. He died of dementia. Brian Johnson 'Raspy Voice', Angus Young, Cliff William's (Bassist) Phil Rudd (Drummer) and fill in Drummer Chris Slade are all still alive and well. On their last tour Malcoms nephew Stevie Young filled in for him as Rythem Guitarist.

Seen AC/DC live 7 times, they are my alltime favourite band....AC/DC are an Australian rock band formed in Sydney in 1973 by Scottish-born brothers Malcolm and Angus Young. Although their music has been variously described as hard rock, blues rock, and heavy metal, the band themselves call it simply "rock and roll" xo

Brian Johnson and Angus Young are still alive. Brian was about to lose his hearing due to years of rocking out so they had to stop touring but he has a tv show called Life on the Road with Brian Johnson. He goes around talking to all the guys in the old rock bands. It’s a pretty cool show. Check it out. It’s on AXSTV. What a shame that happened to him though. He is such a nice guy.
