hahaha, I knew someone would say that. new microwaves actually also double as convection ovens, not even joking, and the bag cheese is low moisture mozzerella, which is about the only choice that wouldn't turn his dish into soup

@@johnmager9364 Yup, he's using the "oven-grill" function (オーブン・グリル button). Plus you can tell by melted cheese's browning that it was melted by an outside heat source, not microwaves heating it from the inside.

Cheese on lobster is popular. The sweet buttery flavor of the meat pairs really well with cheese. Probably wouldn't be my first choice, but I'd enjoy it :)

It is unique to find in some countries some things are more expensive than in my own country. I remember having these delicious slipper lobsters in buffet meals (all you can eat) and it was heavenly! Worth all the money and it wasn't as pricey as in Japan. I'm happy to see Masaru-san eating deliciously 😊

It's great that Masaru does it all, goes fishing, prepares his Lobsters, talks to them, calling them cute and then poor guy and makes 3 different preparations: cooked, au gratin and sashimi. He loves food and respect the cute fishes/lobsters/squids etc and prepares them and eats them with joy. If all human beings were that respectful we all could enjoy a meal together. No one would ever face famine nor poverty and yet, respect nature and be waste-free. God/Buddha bless you Masaru, greetings from São Paulo, Brazil! ღゝ◡╹)ノ♡

agreed. we easily produce enough food to feed everyone, but so much of it is wasted in the richest countries (mostly because supermarkets throw away any food that they don't sell, even if it's perfectly good, and even cover it in poison so poor people can't get it out of the rubbish bin), and a lot more is used feeding animals for meat, which is very inefficient. If people in the USA ate less meat, and the owners of the supermarkets there started letting homeless and hungry people take the perfectly good food they poison, no-one would have to starve.

For your grilled lobster take the boiled flesh from the shell, dice it, add cheese and white mustard powder, return it to the shell then grill it briefly. It will be ambrosia, food fit for gods. As a Scottish lobster fisherman in my younger years I've eaten them every conceivable way and grilled with cheese and white mustard is by far and away the best way.

@@75noodles any cheese will do in a pinch including pre-sliced burger cheese but I love to use a gooey melting cheese like Brie.
