Actually they don’t have a bad song. They started in middle school seven years ago busking on the streets of Rome. They are still very young 22-24 and exceptionally talented. They write all their songs with a view to how they play live. Live is where they exist, total energy and charisma.

Great reaction! Damiano does amazing things with his voice - check out For Your Love (Live at 1WDR), La Paura del Buio (live at Radio Italia) or Torna a Casa/Morrirò da Re accoustic by Vevo. His tone and raspiness are so different that you immediately know it's him whenever you hear it. He's said in an interview that this particular growly tone happens because he has a malformation in the vocal chords - basically, a hole, so they never touch. It gives his voice a natural healthy raspiness that he doesn't have to force - he actually has to force it OUT in some softer songs. Super interesting stuff!

Saw them in Dallas last Friday, and they are amazing. Check out Gossip (with Tom Morello from Rage Against the Machine), Mammamia, Zitti e Buoni (they won Eurovision with this one), The Loneliest (which they won a VMA for). Tons of great songs, their 2023 album Rush was awesome.

The first song I recommend you listen to is Coraline (Sanremo 2022 version) with the English translation. The second song I recommend is IWBYS. The third song I recommend is Vent'anni with the English translation. The fourth song I recommend is the Loneliest. The fifth song that I recommend to balance between songs in English and songs in Italian is Torno a Casa, also with the English translation. Maneskin have many faces, these for me are the songs that best represent the differences between one and the other.

Hi! This band has more songs worth listening to :) a similar one to this one is Baby Said. If u didn’t know, this band is from Italy and lots of their songs are in Italian! Zitti E Buoni is a great one too
