the d fine also sounds better than the jbl xtreme but the xtreme has more batery life and a bigger powerbank

Btw the dockin IS splash proof and dust resistant (IP56 I think).

I have the docking 1 and it’s the best..... well unless it’s an audiophile like all lol I basically was looking for the BEST BASS speaker and when I say bass I meant that shakes the actual floor man and it bloody does! I have jbl extreme and that didn’t shake the floor like this so Unless u know one that shakes even more lol? I mean obviously something like a party box but that’s ridiculously big. I mean something portable.. I mean I can probably go as big as half the size of the party box but that is huge lol I haven’t tried boombox 2 but it has less W than d fine? Dfine has 50 right? But jbl you gotta plug In

Ha, that's crazy - I've got a vlog going live this weekend and I mention the V1 in it too; such a great speaker! For the price and the size (+battery powered), there's no other better speaker IMO.

Great video! There are sound comparisons on KZbin between this and the Bose Soundlink III... Pretty incredible !!! :D Hahaha !!! Even the JBL Xtreme (40W) doesn't look - and sound - too good compared to the Dockin (50W). The Dockin is also dust and water resistant and sounds a bit more linear without distorting at high levels. The JBL has better battery life though. Just ordered me a Dockin and just can't wait now... Cheers! :)

@Sun Rise Specs say 10 hours. I haven't checked on it but seems quite accurate to me. I still like it but I also bought a Doss Soundbox XL that I would actually recommend. I slightly prefer it over the Dockin because it seems to have a more neutral sound with a little more precise bass response. It's more of an indoor speaker though so if that's an issue the Dockin might suit you better.

As far as I'm ware, you can't do that. Why would you want left/right sound when the speaker is a stereo speaker already?

next to no bluetooth speakers do that. they might double the sound but would not give you true stereo so really why look at one of the best speakers around and then complain because it doesnt split. if you want split you can probably find a cheaper crappier speaker set that do that but then whats the point as you just reduced the quality to get stereo. want stereo buy headphones or buy a splitter lead and split the feed left and right and plug the speakers in

U can, google dockin d fine+ (plus) those u can pair and they got some extra functions (more batterycapacity for example)
