I can definitely see this game becoming as addictive as Robinson Crusoe. Loving the playthrough and am excited for the finale! Thanks for putting the spotlight on this one.

Thanks so much! It doesn't have the same variety of stories and scenarios like Robinson Crusoe, but the rising tension does give it an addictive quality. It's a game you think about when it is over, which means it is doing something right.

I feel like I'm falling in love with this game ❤ It feels like the tension just keeps on rising and every decision are meaningful!

Definitely. Just wait till Part Three. The tension crescendos into madness. It is terrifying if you imagine the actual historical situation. It nails exactly what you want in a survival game. Thanks so much for checking out my video series!

@@TotallyTabled Yes indeed. It must have been an insane three weeks for the only 250 people that stood against the invading forces. Even though they had to surrender in the end the events at Hegra fortress became an important symbol for the fight against the nazis outside of Norway as well (I'm a Norwegian history teacher ;-)

@@sondrehirth Wow, nice. This game is made for you! I make a conscious effort to learn something new every day and I love when a game introduces me to a bit of history I'd never heard before. Is there anything board games can't do? 😀

@@TotallyTabled I love that about board games as well. An infinite amount of possibilities! 😁 I'm excited to see how it all ends in your last playthrough.

man your dice roles are killing you for sure. taking out those canons is one of the best moves you can do to try and survive this onslaught because the hit bag is just brutal especially when it hits the defenders. Great job!
@TotallyTabled Жыл бұрын
Yeah, I really like taking those canons out if I can. I did a good job controlling the map this game. I was not so good managing the recruit bag. Game is tough. The last part should be out soon. Thanks for watching!

What's the advantage of manning the left most spot on the wall with a soldier and not a volunteer, since that's the first spot to get hit?

Great job Shaggy! Loving this playthrough. One question - when you tried to fire the guns around 25mins you only had one soldier there. Don't you need 2? (x2 showing) even though you only get to fire one shot, i.e. it's not one soldier per shot, it's 2 soldiers per action.

It is hard to see with the overhead camera, but I do have two tokens stacked on top of each other. I went back and looked carefully (see 26:17 for a clear shot). I should really remember to avoid stacking them to make it more obvious. But you understand the rules correctly. Thanks for watching!

what's the replayability of this game?
@TotallyTabled Жыл бұрын
I speak to this issue in depth in my first impressions video. This isn't like Robinson Crusoe with its endless variability. The lack of variability might mean it lacks replayability for certain players, especially if you like to play the same game over and over again in a short time frame. I'm not one of those players. Thanks for watching!
