I am looking at a bigger picture. In my opinion, Brad Bell is showing us the danger of family run Business. I am happy Brooke betrayed Hope. She could have spoken to COPE and be the voice of reason. She showed Hope that she will always choose Rigde over her children. I am sure Carter will be a successful leader and give Ridge some leadership lessons. I am sure after the success Ridge will come around.

The NEXT QUESTION will be: WHY did Hope wanna keep her relationship with Carter a SECRET? Y'see, it'll be OBVIOUS to Steffy and Ridge that Hope was MANIPULATING Carter through his FEELINGS for her. So, it's UNLIKELY that Hope will get REINSTATED at FC. In FACT, Carter might be FIRED from FC next!

Hope kept her relationship from Steffy and Ridge.. to protect Cater’s position at Forrester.. and from Steffy’s wrath. Carter had ample opportunities to also tell Steffy and Ridge.. but he chose not to either.! Both Carter and Hope knew Steffy would use “Carter being in Hope’s corner”.. against them.!.. (similar to what you’re doing may I add).! Of course.. Carter knew championing Hope would stir up speculation. Carter and Hope protected their relationship for this reason.!!!! You seem to also forget that Carter had been formulating ways to expand Forrester.. (way before his involvement with Hope).! Carter has been using Hope’s firing as leverage.. to optimise from the situation.. as a way to get back at Eric and Ridge for rejecting his ideas.. and at Steffy for firing Hope. Carter initiated the idea to “strike a coup”.. not Hope.! Hope couldn’t devise such an idea if she tried. Carter has been calling the shots.. and forcing the issue to take over.! Carter initiated his scheme through the signing of the LLC papers. ALL Carter’s ideas.!!

The ultimate betrayer.. has been Steffy.! She betrayed FC.. when she betrayed Hope and Thomas. by interfering in their relationship.. and encouraging Thomas to leave Hope, and take Douglas. Hope wasn’t ready for marriage.. that simple.! She still loved Thomas and wanted to be with him.. she just wasn’t ready to remarry at that stage.! Thomas could have easily respected that and chose to stay with her.. or leave amicably. Instead.. he listened to his pernicious sister Steffy.. and abruptly left and took Douglas.. leaving HFTF high and dry.. for Hope to pick up all the mess he left behind.! Thomas was the other ultimate betrayer.!!! HFTF was a Forrester Creation line.. and was thriving. Once Thomas left.. Steffy made no attempts to salvage the damage she had caused Hope’s line to begin with.. (when sending Thomas away). Instead.. Steffy idly watched as HFTF declined.. and enjoyed watching Hope suffer and spiral.. after the loss of her partner and child. Steffy has caused the most pain and damage to the company.. by abusing her position for her own personal gain.. by her prejudice against the Logan’s.. and perpetuating fear in the workplace.. by bullying or shutting down anyone who apposes her authority.. even Eric.! But mostly… by letting her personal grievances get in the way of business decisions. Did Steffy think about ALL the people she has hurt.. hell no.!!! She didn’t care about the loss of jobs when she decided to send Thomas off.. and scrap HFTF. Steffy has been targeting Hope from the very start. Steffy has interfered in EVERY love relationship Hope has had. Steffy has been doing nothing but scheming ways to get rid of the Logan’s from the company.
