"Cross My Mind" reminds of a guy that I was friends with, back when I was a little girl. I had aserious crush on him, from when I was a child until I was in my late teens. He never was interested in me and he shot me down gently. Like Jill Scott had said at the end of this song 'there are times when I think about him'.
