I think part of the reason why the Ravens passed on Metcalf was because we had flashbacks to Breshad Perriman, he was an utter disappointment for us and had similar strengths and weaknesses, so we were probably worried about that pick ending the same way. Or at least that's what I was worried about with him. And Hollywood hasn't been a superstar #1 receiver, but he's been decent. Those stats didn't look that good objectively, but considering he went to a run heavy offense and played his rookie year with a screw in his foot, he did good in his rookie season. In fact, Hollywood actually has a comparable completion percentage and only slightly lower yds/rec to Metcalf, so I don't think he's that bad a pick. His production is just lower because of the Ravens' scheme.

When I saw DK he reminded me of a taller and faster Michael Thomas. Both guys are 2nd round picks but they should’ve been 1st round picks with the way they’ve been playing so far in the NFL. Another thing to note about DK is that his father Terrance is a former NFL O-lineman so to talk bad about how DK was a gym athlete was a total mistake made by many NFL scouts. When Seattle drafted him I knew that they got the best receiver in that draft class. I ignored everything that was being said about him and I also ignored his numbers in college and mostly looked at his best games at Ole Miss and saw a wide receiver who could be one of the best players in the NFL. So far he’s doing good for himself with Russell Wilson throwing him the ball in Seattle.
