Why does the router makes that nasty sound at 22:05 when you pressed it up and down? I bought a 1600 watt router today and I found out when i came home i have the same nasty sound with my router. It is not a nice sound. Looks like the threads of the long adjusting bolt are rubbing against the spring inside. How can this be fixed? Please reply because i don't like the sound and if i don't get help i am forced to give this product a bad review. Hope to hear from you soon, many thanks

i notice that there is no hole at the bottom of the base for the router table adjustment. can you blease confirm if it is really not suitable to use for the router table?

em Argentina tambien llegan , pero los chinos deben pensar q en todo America se habla ingles por que sus manuales tecnico solo vienen en ingles , estaria bueno q ya que es una herramienta nueva y nadie la conoce que vengan todas sus herramientas con maletin y algunos accesorios , ejemplo mechas en taladros , puntas philips en atornilladores , sierras en sierrras de calar etc la presentacion tambien vale eso no lo deben saber los chinos!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is second update on my posts earlier on this same video. I went to the shop where i bought the router and guess what? All the damn 1600 and 2200 watt routers are making that same nasty noise when pressing or pulling down the router. Went home and took the plunging posts apart. I was correct. When pressing down or pulling up the router, the spring is rubbing on the threads of the supporting rod. So if you do this a often the threads of the supporting rod and the spring will wear out quickly. Conclusion: the spring assembly on these routers is not designed well. So please spare yourself the trouble and don't buy these routers. I don't recommend them for DIY'ers and seriously not for professionals. Don't believe me? Try them out in a shop. Don't just order them online. You will be very disappointed if you do. There are far better options. These machines are cheap made chinese junk.

This is an update on my post earlier on this same video. i waited a day to get a reply from total tools world. Heard nothing, no reply so i'm giving this machine hundred thumbs down. This is just a plain cheap chinese crap machine. When you push the router down or pull it up you can hear a nasty sound coming from the spring with the supporting rod. The spring is probably rubbing against the supporting rod and gives a sound like a socket ratched wrench, check the sound at 22:05. So the machine is not very well designed. Save some more and buy yourself a router from a well known brand like makita or dewalt. That's all i can say
