Delay deny defend is a nightmare concept for facilities and providers as well. With my current organization I'm analyzing, 25% of United claims ($25 million) are held stating they need additional information. About $17 million is over 6 months old with some being 2 years old. This is a loophole to skirt the regulation that claims have to be processed within 30 days.

The jury did not really say they didn't do it or were innocent. The jury literally said (three of them have been doing interviews) the state did not give them evidence that they committed the crimes. 9:13 he lives here in Minnesota. I work in healthcare and it was shocking but what I will say is that our group was just about to DROP united healthcare medicare advantage plans due to their high rate of denials (we no longer take humana due to this x a company I had to fight with when my dad had cancer) but at the 11th hour they came up with a year plan. A lot of retiree pension plans through the state of minnesota and the twin cities had deals with them so ALOT of folks were about to lose the medical system they had been at for 30-40 yrs…

They still have another half to the YSL trial , it got split into 2 but this one won’t be much of a show because the state is already passing out deals like Halloween candy. I don’t think they can take another humiliating case. I agree with what you said about him taking the deal. Some people argued with me but like you said nobody knows how he felt & that’s such a huge gamble to risk. His lawyer is trying to get his probation amended I have faith it will work out. I watched this case every day faithfully I went in 100% unbiased and I’m disgusted about how the state handled this. There’s a obvious personal vendetta in the mix.
