You had to be hillariously lucky =D Idk how about wild but in standard trick totem odds are actually very bad. I did math on those out of curiosity and came up with conclusion it selfkills with empty board in sth like 1/3 if i recall correctly. More often than not you will get unwelcomed outcome. To play trick totem at all you basically have to be super lucky.
