A really cool Elden Ring challenge run i came up with, i though it was going to be a much bigger disaster but it turned into one of the most fun challenges!

@deadfurydbf9647 Yes, and no. While the Zweihander and Flamberge were basically created to break Pike formations, the waves of the Flamberge act as an anti-parry tool as well! Also the waves made the Flamberge a better horse-slayer as the waves create a wider wound channel on a thrust

Going arcane/dex and putting seppuku on matching weapons with occult affinity actually gives more bleed build up than the blood affinity because of how arcane affects bleed scaling when occult is applied. Assuming that hasn't been patched, it's the fastest way I know to stack bleed.

In theory the cap for dps is the tickrate times the max number that can be portrayed in 32bits since,if you deal that DMg within a single strike then it’s going to be more. But enough about that! Those animations are amazing

The best dex weapon being a str weapon (a greatsword) also applies for magic. Try powerstancing death poker and a fire infused flamberge, spam L1 after doing L2-R1 with the poker, casting is overrated

So that's the reason why I felt the game was so epic on my first run huh, I just used uchigatana since the start on a full dex build, so fights were more fair instead of just abuse as a big sword would make them look like.

How about the goldslayer greatsword? - Colossal sword that has str 20, dex 22, faith 20 requirements, but at +10 it scales D strength, C faith and B dexterity. And it's got some of the fastest animations among colossal swords. - I mean yeah if you only level dex I guess you don't have the faith to wield it unless you flask, but still. - Best dex weapon is a colossal sword?

The claws aren't what's insane, it's dexterity as a stat that is insane. :) If you use a hybrid build between strength and dex, you get extremely high damage weapons, that also do extremely high poise damage (from strength), even if they're a light weapon, like a rapier, don't even get me started on the hilarity of 1-handed clubs, lmao... i'd say 50 dex and 50 strength should give you the desired effect do not upgrade them more than like 60, the softcap beyond that point just makes it not worth upgrading further than that.... Rest of your points goes into vigor and endurance...

I have killed the Grafted Scion and spamming Mighty Shot fire arrows while it isn’t blocking is the EASIEST method. If you run out just jump shot with regular arrows when he doesn’t block. Should have between 3 and 10 arrows left over and it’s pretty consistent. No melee required.
