Great advices Brendan! But I have two question. Do you try to arch your back during the TDR? Also do you do something particular with your right arm ( the one thats not on the floor), I mean do you try to keep it near your body for aestethics ?
@BrendanMorrisonTricking6 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much for the kind words! Great questions too 🙏🏼 When you perform the TDR, there is a hollow to arch body transition when you reach your plant hand to the ground When positioning my right arm, my goal is to match the arm with my swing leg. That means I keep my arm moving on the same axis as my leg. I don't make the choice for aesthetic reasons. Rather, my arm goes into that position because it makes for a strong swing! Thanks for the questions 🙏🏼🔥❤

Because of the definition of what raiz scissor is in tricking (mega + round), raiz mega should be just an underrotated raiz by 180⁰. This is because stances don't take rotation counts into consideration, they just dictate what position your feet are in.
@joshm4844 жыл бұрын
@@tadeaskavka9525 You have to use the swing leg and drag it quickly to the opposite side then turn the hips and land on the plant leg in loose terms IMO lol It's like an underrotated TDR twist stomping the plant leg down
@joshm4844 жыл бұрын
@@seanalexandertricks So then it can technically also be an overrotated raiz as well landing in mega right

Hello Brendan, I have recently begun trying to learn this, however, I am finding it hard to use my hand to support my body on the rotation. Do you have any tips on how to get some of the stress off that elbow/shoulder area and make it bend less when doing the TD raiz?
@faccitolocita85846 жыл бұрын

At 5:59 you say that we should turn our fingers in, but doesn’t that put a lot of pressure on the elbow joint?
@ianmckenna61464 жыл бұрын
It’s the opposite actually, that position allows the elbow to bend rather than hyper extend or break if there’s too much force
