I like this but can you just clarify running holes as I think it's contradicted from the different examples. The first one with the women, you say the left link would normally run outside the wing but will now run a L-M hole. 2nd example has the link normally running M-L line but switches to M-M? Also the mens example, doesn't the ball carrier hit the wrong mid? Im learning so any advice is good?

Yes it contradicts the other video however these are different plays. So instead of everyone sticking to their own line, you can see a player run out the back so the lines now change because of this.
