I am the anonymous co-writer of Touch Through Me. The other writer is Catherine Srtomgoski Freeman, the mother of John Freeman. Catherine was a member of the Teen Tones singing group who made the song 🎵 popular. The night the song was written other members of the Teen Tones backslid and had a party with drugs and alcohol. Most of them were Hippies who had gotten saved out of the party scene. This song was a prayer for the healing of God to come through us!

I totally concur with all the comments-such a royal blessing to hear the Larson family sing. Joseph, Grace, and Rachel have such beautiful anointed voices. My husband (82 years old) just passed away weeks ago. He had composed, sang, and arranged praise & worship songs on computer, also many songs especially to encourage Israel during their time of tribulation to come. Sadly, he did not get them copyrighted to be published - that hurts me deeply. He had the heart of David in the Bible. But I’m trusting the Lord to lead and show me and his 2 daughters how to get this process done because time is ticking onward.

I wrote Touch Through Me in 1970. In Michigan there was a singing group called The Teen Tones. These singers were young people who had been touched by the Jesus Movement. The Teen Tones sang in my church and afterwards my mother invited them to come to our home. Then my mother proceeded to get most of these "Christian" singers drunk and then gave them drugs. Some of the alcohol was spiked with an aphrodisiac called extasy. A drunken orgy followed. It was then that I was inspired to pray for the young singers and for my mother. This was the inspiration of Love Through Me.

lisa, I love hearing Joseph Larson he has such a passion for the music he sings. I have several of his CDS. I also go to utube on my phone put in the songs on my playlist. Then plug my ear phones in & go to sleep. Brian Haney is also good. There is nothing like going to sleep listening to the anointing of the holy spirit putting you to sleep.
