I'm just learninf TD, seen other videosthat were more theory oriented, and then this one. I'm glad I stumbled upon it, because it shows the workflow, while the other one was really good but for understanding what operators do and why. Good job!

@acrylicode3 жыл бұрын
@@katatuz9269 Create a movie file out top. Then connect what you want to export to that Top. Then chose the output dir. Choose movie or image depending on what you want. Then, very important click the the record toggle button to on, and then to off. If you are rendering a movie, make sure to turn off the realtime flag. Let me know if that helps!

How do I add radial gradient color?
@acrylicode3 жыл бұрын
On the Ramp TOP change the Type parameter to radial. Hope that helps ;)
@shreyapatil60553 жыл бұрын
Oh! And where should I connect the ramp?
@acrylicode3 жыл бұрын
I guess what you want is to connect between the out and the transform a Lookup Top. The lookup receives two inputs, one would be the transform and the second would be the Ramp with the radial gradient. Then connect the lookup to the out. Another thing you could try is instead of the lookup, you could use a Composite Top and play around with the composite operation. Again the transform would go to the composite as well as the Ramp and the composite to the out.

That's a real good help! I have many more doubts, so I'm planning to implement this same design in one of my projects, but I'm entirely new to this software and I want this exact result but it should animate from a start point and have an end point like animate in a clockwise format. If it's okay with you I would like to connect with you and take help from you. I have an image but I want to convert it in such clockwise animation on touch designer.
@acrylicode3 жыл бұрын
@@shreyapatil6055 I'm at the moment very busy I could offer you a half an hour next year and see how I could help you, but I strongly recommend to first learn the basics and learn a few tops and master them, learn a few chops and master them and so on. Touchdesigner is a complex software and you should take time and patience to learn it. Don't focus so much on the end result, enjoy the ride. If you're consistent enough with learning it, you will be able to materialize all your ideas. We will launch a complete beginner tutorial soon and hopefully that gives you a good introduction to touchdesigner. You can contact me via Instagram.
