this is what Pablo said in the intro for their Ikako Wish Bus perf: "we dedicate this song to all the strong and brave people who faced (the problems) this year. no matter what it is, we will rise" also, ikako can also be a wordplay for "Ika ko" which means "I said" and additional info, there are actually four versions of this song: 1st version: Pablo's version (original) 2nd version: No raps (music video) 3rd version: With raps (wish bus) 4th version: With raps and bridge (bye 2020, final version)

whoa! what I remember when the IKAKO MV came out those were the heights of the pandemic where we are all literally so overwelmed with what's going on, it was a total chaos nothing you hear from the news but body counting and many of those were "frontliners" who are in the medical fields, "lockdowns" were everywhere, people are clamoring for foods and other "essentials" and it seems everyone were running like a a headless chicken! When this song came out it's impossible not to cry even now hearing this it's all coming back to me now. I recently lost my Mom to COVID and IKAKO was a comfort to my weary heart. You should watch the other performances SB19 did on the BYE 20202 it was great, each song had a fresh arrangement whilst they were accompanied by a LIVE live band. Actually the IKAKO they performed here was with the bridge (Pablo's part).
