What’s the coldest temperature you would be comfortable with wrapping a car? I’m also in the PNW and have been wrestling this wrap on to my project

That's a good question. I would say my garage is averaging like 55 when I start and 80 when I'm done. the ppf is at its best towards the lower half of that range since you get to control the softness of it with a heat gun. Vinyl on the other hand I'd want it to be warmer. When I wrapped my other two cars it was colder than this and with vinyl I would run into the issue of it literally tearing down the middle because it was cold and brittle. I have yet to have that issue with this new material haha

What sanding process do you recommend to wrap over peeling/flaking/failing clearcoat?

This car had that exact issue before I started the wrap so I've got a number of videos on that exactly. In general you need to sand it until it's a transition you can't feel.
