After one year and 10000km on average roads the adjusters dont work anymore. They only click in or out by 2 clicks then seize

After one day, the front left knob wouldnt turn and with only finger strengths the knob snapped. No assistance from supplier after 6 days. Ruined my trip which i was hopeing to enjoy a great 2 week drive. Car is all over the place as shock is stuck a low setting, hard to know what setting from mechanic install. Worst purchase ever, and waste of money paying for install, waiting on reply from supplier, ill keep you updated... my advice. Avoid this crap
