U.S. Constitution NOT void where prohibited by law !!
We believe that many of our rights and civil liberties as American citizens on American soil are at great risk and that a simple act of civil disobedience has the power to effect great change. While we have no interest or intention in breaking any law, we are willing to stand up for freedom and the constitution at any time and at any place and do so in a responsible and productive manner. It is our goal to create free and open discussion whenever possible in an effort to educate both ourselves and anyone with a desire to learn. A well known rule of government is that ignorance is no excuse for the law. It is our stand that we as Americans have been either uninformed or misinformed regarding our laws and rights for far too long. We are not attorneys or scholars, however we have been involved in professional photography for over 30 years and have had our rights and freedoms challenged more times than we can remember. No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public. All donations will be used exclusively to further this cause. We want to thank you in advance for your support of what we do and want you to know that we are committed to working harder than ever to defend our rights, your rights and the Freedom to Film in Public!!

I had to learn that lesson when my kid was 4 yrs old. I'd always told her it was never OK to hit. Then there was a girl in our apartment complex that started coming out of nowhere to physically attack her daily. I finally had to teach my kid how to throw a punch hard. I told her if I ever caught her throwing the first punch she'd be in no end of trouble but, if that kid started it I expected her to finish it. A few days later I was dropping my child at the babysitter in the hell-child's building. That little chit came flying down the stairs and slammed into my daughter knocking her flying into a wall and onto the cement before I could react. My kid looked at me, I nodded and my kid went to work with a few well placed smacks. End of problem for the remainder of time we lived there. To my knowledge my kid never started a physical altercation nor did she have to defend herself in that way again.

Anything out of that cop's mouth other than that idiot was wrong to get out of his car should have not been articulated. I know he was trying to deescalate the situation, but by that time it had already been. This is because that cop was not saying his thoughts. Good point. The guy was just trying to soft pedal his initial Contempt that he was being filmed. He didn't want to know what it was about, he just wanted to Bully & act like the Big Man that isn't going to filmed against his will. Who knows, with as stupid as the guy is he probably has delusions that someone cares about seeing him on film.

Literally after 2 sprays in the face within 10 seconds they start going blind and they bend forward and become defenseless and the breathing is not pleasant. They usually beg for water and I'll pat them on the head like a baby and give them a bottle. I heard milk does a better job but regardless hat clothes skin etc have to be washed or discarded. @@ronvaughn6464 Ron, from you other statements I’m taking this one as sarcastic. The pepper spraying was a more gentle and persuasive method of bringing an end to an attack that was highly likely to evolve into something more drastic for the person being attacked. As you can see it did prevent anymore violence and brought the situation to an end, that was it’s purpose. You seem unable to believe there is something wrong with a party going hands on in a violent manner in order to get their way, is this the approach your basic solution to live, if so good luck staying out of trouble with the courts. Your mind is narrow and highly provincial.

When you are on or in public property or out or in a publicly visible place where all of the bugs and the birds, mice and rats, cats and dogs, babies and toddlers, tweens and teens, women and men can see you and watch everything you are doing and hear you speak and listen to everything you say; you have no expectation of privacy and therefore no right to privacy. THIS, is how parents raise excellent children, by allowing critical thinking to be a force. Helicopter parents are the bane of EVERYONE'S existence, creating useless future "adults" who become the aggressive, whiney, me,me,me,me pains-in-everyone's-buns. Excellent episode, and taller cop made a complete fool out of himself by acting like all this was a waste of HIS precious time. The aggressive fool in the blue shirt strikes me as a guy who slaps his wife, beats his dog, and then demands THEIR apologies for HIS ABUSE. What a turd.
