Naghahandle po ako at nagtuturo ng mga special children for 19years. Strict, firm and consistent po ako pagdating sa discipline sa kanila. Kapag new students pa lang po, ang short term goal ko po ay yung mabago ung problem nila sa behavior. Mahirap sa una pero unti unti may pagbabago naman. Nung una d ko ma intindihan ang amo ko but living with them for almost 4 years I slowly came to understand na this kind of love is what my alaga really needs.
