We exactly had the same situation! But we were able to managed from pokhra , i called my dad, and he had done an upi payment from india to the exchanger , and all was sorted .. you could ask someone from your family .. to do the same alike us

Yes because the luggage mounts on the rear seat. and if you are wearing a backpack you can lengthen the arms and rest it on the seat (from shoulders)
