Panini is losing NFLPA license last I heard. They tried pulling it earlier this year and ended up in a lawsuit that stopped it for this year. Select typically has future players though as their main hits which may not be allowed

While I'd agree on all the earlier products, the newer stuffs been much less Wemby heavy. I think it was a great sales strategy. People assume they're going to get Wembys in every box with the better product like they did with cheaper stuff
