It's more like halfway between Ga and Ka. It's a sound that doesn't exist in English so the ear tends to make it one or the other. A number of Korean consonants are like this. T and D for example. Dreamcatcher don't care. When Dami is in front of a Korean audience she pronounces it like Tami but in front of English speakers she does Dami. It's all good.@@ChainReactionsChannel

@@ChainReactionsChannel From everything I have seen or heard about these ladies, I think if they saw your reactions and had somebody accurately translate with the right vibe, they would love it! I can hear SuA's laugh from here... Off the stage, DC are kooky, nerdy dorks and we love them for that. They are fun-loving, smiley and happy-go-lucky most of the time (every Human has their bad days, don't get me wrong). They are always about love, open-minded positivity and having fun. That makes the fandom have fun, which makes for a great positive open-minded fandom that grows pretty steadily, and a great time is had. The ladies feed off of the fandom's energy. It's a circular thing and the circle just keeps getting bigger. During an interview show, JiU actually told somebody that Dreamcatcher is like a Black Hole; once you are in, you can't get out.

Nice visuals in suits, JiU gives up some of her lines so HanDong has lines, and a neat litte Easter Egg at the end of the vid. You can do your biases however you want. Personally i have a "bias line" in dreamcatcher that originally started as just Handong but Gahyeon and SuA have joined since. Plenty of insomnia are "ot7" because they can't pick. Also yeah Handong: before this album she went to go do an idol reality show in China to build her confidence. Unfortunately, the covid pandemic broke out while she was there and it was almost a year before she could get back to South Korea. So the first two dystopia albums, the second Japanese album, the special R.O.S.E. blue song collab, and pretty much all their extra content for stuff from this time period as well are all missing her.

I can't wait until you see the silly self-made MVs. You have such a fun sense of humor. I think you'd appreciate theirs. My favorite DC song is "Don't Light My Fire". Scream is part 1 of the Dystopia trilogy, which is about cyber-bullying, hateful comments and people losing themselves in the (fake) online world. It is mostly showing the victim's perspective of (cyber)bullying, comparing it to a medieval witch hunt and a burning at the stake. The tree is the tree of language, and it grows black fruit for every hurtful thing people say. Note also the hand gesture, it is the devil's horns introduced by Ronnie James Dio as a symbol for metal, but it originally was a gesture in the middle ages to ward off the evil eye, tying into the witch hunt theme. I really enjoy the music, it's rock mixed with EDM. Dreamcatcher are always very creative, and they are in their own genre by this point.

Good morning! Nice surprise here - didn’t know this one was imminent but I remember being surprised this wasn’t the first Dreamcatcher you viewed. Love the song, especially love the rap breaks-not so much the style but the way the set off and define the rest of the piece. A nice chill way to start the day. Maybe some Bono* style glasses would help defend against the direct gaze of pretty women? *Bono is the lead singer of an Irish band from the Jurassic Period (no dancing, no rap, thankfully) that was plagued by indecision with songs like “With or Without You” & “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For” & “Running to Stand Still” but sometimes very focused with “All I want is You” & “I Will Follow”. You mention something about male dancers, I’ve watched this video several times and have never noticed any…at all…ever. I’ll just have to take your word for it. At some point when you’ve braced yourself you should check out some concert footage of their stage antics, they like to start a little sexy time with eachother, then crack up laughing at the reaction. I'm always down for long form reactions so my vote is to keep 'em coming! ^_^ When it comes to multiple biases it is just inevitable in this group. Most Insomnia, like me, just accept that they are OT7. So, any bias combination is correct! 😂 If you continue with the Dystopia trilogy then next is BOCA which, unfortunately, also doesn't have Handong but she finally returns in the last part of the trilogy which is Odd Eye. It was a rough year for Insomnia without Handong, but she came back with a new fire to her. Way more confident and just has much more of a presence within the group now than before. ^_^

There's no need for an overlay on their MV's. Dreamcatcher don't do copyright strikes on their own MV's or anything they have sole copyright on. Music Show and Variety Show performances have split copyright so they may be a problem. If you want to watch the choreo then the dance practice videos are the best because they have a static camera so you clearly see every movement.

@CsLaci81 Hi, I have loved your reaction, especially those cuts :D I do feel that some background on the story line and the M/V still comes handy: Dystopia Trilogy: This trilogy talks about Cyberbullying and the power of language and how it can hurt someone if used in a negative way. It portrays their attempt at facing the Dystopian reality that is hidden in the world of social media. The center of the story is the tree of language that is turning black due to negativism after the curse of the evil language was released (depicted as opening Pandora's box in Scream) and the light provided by positive words fade out. The order of the title tracks is: Scream (Hear no Evil) - happening in the Past - Fantasy vibes Boca (Speak no Evil - Boca is the Spanish word for mouth) - Present timeline Odd Eye (See no Evil) - Futuristic vibes M/V: The dancer with the mask on is reserving the spot for Handong. (stuck in China due to CoVid) First you mostly see the members wearing white, that is their pure uncorrupted form and they gradually take on the black outfit after waking up to new world of hatred. The masks otherwise represent anonymity provided by social media. 5:36 is when Gahyeon breaks the container of the curse and negativism starts spreading (Explosion around the tree) It is also shown that this has happened some time in the past and negativism is ever since part of our society. (5:39 the ancient texts light up) 5:43 they point fingers at her for doing it. Similar to Deja Vu the storytelling is not linear (There we see the exiled SuA and the Imprisoned Handong right at the beginning while that obviously happened after Yoohyeon getting rid of the six others. ). Anyway in Scream the members are already wearing black but still asleep at the beginning 1:06. ("My covered eyes are stained with blood") 2:42 shows the loss of the white form. There is even a transitioning outfit with JiU with White on top of black 2:45.
