Put the memory card in the LAPTOP - Find somewhere Total Recovery Software - Install it and select the memory card drive from the list and - Initiate recovery sometime takes a couple of hours to do it. You might or might not get 100 % result

Try 'Recuva' first if doesnt work then try another Software. if you rewrite sdcard/storage device many times then it will became hard to recover data. Always carry extra sdcard. Check card for errors.

There are plenty of recovery services available through IT solution companies. You should enquire in your city. The city I live in there are many places where they recover Hard Disk data . You need to pay few thousand or even cheaper. So data is recoverable if you have not deleted them OR the hard disk is not totally ruined. I would suggest to Google data recovery services in your city.
