Has rightly been ye show kar raha ki awareness ko sahi identify kiya gaya hai (present me)..baki sentence past me hai taki ye meaning aaye ki agar logo ko unke paise nahi mile hai pehle (past me). Aap jis rule ko lekar confuse ho rahe wo yahan apply nahi hoga kyonki uske lie ek clause ka dusre pe depend hona jaruri hai ya fir actions ka timeline same hona jaruri hai. Yahan dono me se kuch nahi hai.
