Touhou 6 EoSD - Lunatic Pacifist (No Shoot, No Bomb, w/ Pause Buffering)

Pacifist run is equal to No Shoot & No Bomb run. Every spell card must be timed out. I paused a game multiple times during playthrough. I hope that clears things up :)
It took me countless tries and A LOT of luck especially during this specific run. Sometimes I was just moving blindly with hope that nothing hits me. That was especially the case during stage 4 and Sakuya fight. Just one death at stage 4 was insane, my runs often ended there or while fighting Sakuya with 0 lives left. Also I didn't care about grazing after so many failed attempts so I got extra life during Remilia fight.
I used EoSD Retexture Pack v. 0.3 WITH visible hitbox while playing but recorded replay without it for more vanilla feel. Completing this run was my personal challenge and it was done only for feel of accomplishment and fun.

@@somefries3101 By frequently and quickly pausing and unpausing you can basically play the game frame by frame, one input at a time. This can make reacting to bullets much easier and also allow you to do a long sequence of frame perfect inputs, or inputs which are not humanly reasonable, for example 25 right taps in a second or something like that. Yes it is certainly cheating. Pausing only a few times during bullet patterns is a smaller advantage, but it can still allow you to refocus your bullet reading window or precisely adjust position, things like that.

Hi @tracersgta. any form of pause buffering for advantage is tool assisted. There are somewhat semi-strict rules nowadays that the "scoring community" tries to follows to keep a clean competitive environment concerning pause buffering: no pausing allowed at all for any advantages possibly gained from doing so such as: adjusting position for frame perfect pixels by pausing, doing math for score runs during pausing, thinking about what you are gonna do in terms of decision making, pausing AT ALL during dodging a pattern of bullets at any moment of the game. If you submit a run that looks like this it will instantly get deleted for tool assist on any good website with moderators looking for TAS replays. Even if YOU don't think this is tool assisted, because literally everyone else does that matters, including the guys who moderate the scoreboards, lists of survival achievements sites. You can't say it's "however, not tool assisted" if everyone else thinks it is completely pause buffered! Look at my youtube channel I have 8 years of experience with this game and it's community and held the highest score for years SO I KNOW WHAT'S CONSIDERED LEGIT OR NOT LEGIT. plz update description to mention pause buffering on every stage thx

Still trying to pass the run off as legit, most people think this is considered tricking people into trying to get likes on your video and get more views. Update the description OR title to include mention of pause usage unless you wanna keep staying a pathetic person who lies (because that's what not including the pausing in the description really is tbh) about the run being pause buffered, when it clearly is. Whoa, this is massive wave of hate on me. To everyone calling me cheater: As I stated in the description this was a run made just for fun and to challenge myself. It's not submitted anywhere except this video. I started trying to do this run back in 2016 and just practiced stage after stage and write every single possible route and suggestion that may help me down. After that I tried to tie it together which after many fails caused me to memorize basically whole game (well at least to stage 4) but died a lot to S4 or S2 mostly. You just must get lucky and that's why it looks like that, sometimes I really had no idea what was happening but still, kind of makes me sad because of that you think it's cheated but I can't do anything about it, right? I hope I will launch my stream soon so you'll able to judge me live :) Still, thanks for watching.
