Something interesting is that sometimes they stop shooting and wait for the spell card to time out. And with every wave of the spell card, the point increases…. Interesting tactic

Grazing bullets causes the value of star items to increase for that stage, which makes bullet cancels worth more, and also directly contributes to the Stage Clear bonus. Some spells are worth timing out or bomb-cancelling.

@@CrestedPeak9 yup! Thats what i observed but you put it into better detail. I figured some spells give more graze which give points, and that the points surpasses the spell card bonus, thus making it worth it to time out the spell card. Edit: wait what are star items?

It's crazy how far routes have progressed compared from when 700mil was the goal everyone was shooting for.
