Or her anemea...Well...it's fairly obvious that most of her health problems are because she: 1. Is in that dim, dusty library 2. Is an true mage, so she doesn't need to eat(i don't think Magic has all the necessary vitamins to give an healthy body) 3. She is near permanently in an sitting position till she passes out or something... Yeah...she even needs GLASSES for gods sake...like, how much do you have to overstrain the eyes of an body formed of magic to need them...

Girls with a table shell, turtle power!~ Having learned what a kotatsu is from Yukkuries, I'd have probably said "something Marisa Kirisame likes to curl up in" to explain what it is to Remmy. 11:40: Coincidentally, in the cellphone game "Yukkuri Diary", I have a Kotatsu Patchy, some Kotatsu Remilias, and a lot of Kotatsu Reimues (but no Marisa, ironically, and Meiling isn't even in the game).
