Touhou 東方幸禄演 ~ Glorious and Huge Singer - Despair Mode Clear

Glorious and Huge Singer is a Touhou fangame made in Danmakufu in celebration of Sachiko Kobayashi's birthday, who is a famous enka singer in Japan.
Despair is the hardest difficulty in the game and is one step above Lunatic difficulty. It's quite hard.
Dying with 2 bombs in stock really sucked but the last two spellcards made up for it.
I mean if you're going to give me so much screen space than I might as well take advantage of it.
I wish the west would adopt the tradition of being made into a bullet hell boss for one's birthday.

AJS hey, I have a request, can you make a preview boss fight for the final boss of the fangame I want to make? The boss is based off tornadoes and other vortexes, it would be cool to see what you come up with, feel free to use any sprite an spellcards you want, the game is going to be called "Vortex of the empowered". Fun fact: The third spell in any other difficulty other than Despair, has the laser pattern "幸", which means "Fortune". In Despair, they becomes "辛" which means "Difficult". Fun fact 2: the BGM is an arrangement of two songs by Kobayashi, namely "おもいで酒" and "雪椿".

​@@hana1227 can give you another fun fact: a Japanese variety show did a social experiment before, during one of Kobayashi's concert, the team changed the name 小林幸子 to 小林辛子 on all the big concert banners outside the concert hall. 100% of the passersby didn't notice this intentional typo.

Wow, the art, interface and music all feel very authentic. To think such effort was put into a game dedicated to a singer... Really cool. I appreciate it when a fan creator can understand and replicate a style to this extent. Oh, and of course the danmaku looks really original, challenging and fun.

Quick question. Whenever I open up Danmakufu and play the script, almost everything is white & gray. Not only that, but It's hard to tell which difficulty I'm choosing, and which character I'm choosing. Once I'm playing the game, there's no music at all. In case if it's doing that because of the computer I'm using, I'm using Windows 8. In case if it's because of the version of Danmakufu I'm using, I'm using version ph3. And if that's the case, ph3 is the only version of Danmakufu that will work. Pls respond soon! >_

Why is he staying at the bottom of the screen most of the time? This only allow to dodge bullets by going left/right and forward. Wouldn't it be better to have a little more room for movement?
