Don't let that stop you trying it. Take it slow, as slow as you need to go. The more you do it the faster you can play it, until you can go in the normal pace.

Play it, for a amateur pianist, isn't very hard, but the hands need have a perfect syncronism. I play that, but with some notes less.

It's not necessary, an amateur, like I said, I think can play this with some notes less, but the sound is perfect anyway. The part of the left hand is repetitive, so you can learn this quite easily. The right is more hard, but it's not impossible for an amateur, again like I said, with some notes less. A masterpiece of ZUN in my opinion, with all notes or less, I love that!

Arpeggio is a technique where notes in a chord are played or sung in sequence, one after the other, rather than ringing out simultaneously. In this case, the right hand starting from 0:12
