I personally find Aya to be the hardest stage 4 boss but maybe it's just me upd: I also think ReimuB is one of the easiest versions of Satori

Yacchie's last spell is pretty. It's probably one of my favorite spell in Touhou. Since most the time I play in easy and normal diff, it's not so bad. All I do is to pay attention to the timing. When it got big, when it got small. (Wait, we all do it??)

I play in lunatic this game Even tho i never managed to pull it out in a run, it's a really fun attack once you've routed a path. Probably my favorite of the game. Though i only did one run that got to her(the winning one) after i have beated it on spell practice because i thought it was impossible before and the game is really easy

Yatsuhashi is very a strong attacker but too bad people did always forget about her and her older sister , hey , Tsukumo sisters and Aki Sisters should get a fair treatment like other sisters do

Yatsuhashi's cool, but why would anyone care when A type shots in that game are usually superior Mari B is the only exception and that's mainly cause her bomb is broken

So far here's my opinion in stage 4 bosses: 1. Patchouli a. Reimu A - i do agree with this, the fight itself is not that bad. Maybe the easiest one imo. b. Reimu B - second hardest fight. Her shot might not be as strong as Marisa B, but shotgunning with her makes her really good from my experience. c. Marisa A - the hardest one. Missiles are a really good shot, but you get a really hard fight in exchange. I had a second thought where ReimuB might be harder. Theyre pretty close, but this is still the hardest in the four. d. Marisa B - second easiest fight. It does have a bit of scary spells compared to Reimu A, but still not that bad. 2. Prismriver Sisters a. Lunasa - i dont have that much experience with her since im not a Reimu main in PCB. Her first nonspell is not too hard, its her second and third nonspells that are quite difficult. Her spell is not too bad either. b. Merlin - her first nonspell is actually quite difficult, but can be made consistent by a tapstreaming route at a certain height (it dies in 2 waves as Sakuya B). Her second and third nonspells are simple streaming attacks, but her spell is... weird, I'd say. The curvy lasers might be static, but i never get this spell since i always go for lyrica on the second non and spell. c. Lyrica - by far the easiest and a really simple fight. Both her nonspells and spells are really simple and easy except her first non, which depends on rank (usually determined if you capped the death fairy or not). Always go for lyrica after the first spell 4. Reimu - I do agree, she moves a lot in this spell. She also relies on a lot of rng in her attacks, which makes the fight not that consistent. 5. Marisa - she's all about dense bullets. She's much more consistent but requires more precision to execute. There isnt really much rng involved here except in the third nonspell. 6. Aya - i do agree that she is fun. She's still a tough boss whatever shottype you use, but ReimuB is the most comfortable to dodge, but MarisaC melts the fight. You do get a harder PWG tho. 7. Satori (oh boy) - her nonspells are really tight micrododging but a simple first original spell. a. Yukari - imo the most fun in the Reimu trio. Hardest attack is DBDB because its quite random. Second spell has a vertical streaming strat, but is very risky and only works consistently if she's at the center. Last spell has a safespot, but is usually much easier to get in higher difficulties. b. Suika - second hardest in every satori fight. The difficulty comes from the first and second spell. Her last spell is just careful dodging. You also get potato damage. c. Aya - really easy, but the second spell is difficult to capture because of the inconsistent angled shot. d. Alice - not that bad tbh. The shot is good and the attacks are not too hard except the first spell. e. Patchouli - honestly not that bad, still a harder fight than alice by a bunch. f. Nitori - the most unforgiving fight. You get really hard attacks while also having the worst shot in the game. (Part 2 in replies)

Marisa always seemed hareder to me, but the fact that it's hard but consisten is probably why people find her easier, so thanks

I personally find Misamaru to be trickier than Merlin or Sagume for sure, so idk about putting her in B, lol but ye, good list ehe

I think Reimu is harder than Marisa because I lose more lives against Marisa. Reimu is just a streaming one so it's really easy

I think Misamaru and Aya are the hardest stage four bosses and I don’t think that Satori B is all that difficult I think she’s the easiest stage 4 boss besides the red sister in touhou 7
