I mean, ZUN uses a completely different made up soundfont for every game, so nothing really is touhou-ish in that matter. His composition style hasn't really changed, though.

Pretty good collab album and I must say I really do look forward to more from ya'll. Both music, story and presentation wise. If you don't like criticism, then don't view the rest of the comment. If I'd have a single major complaint it would be that since each boss character was made by a different artist, the artstyle difference and quality can be pretty jarring, especially comparing stage 1 boss to stage 5 bosses and back to ZUN style. It feels like a crossover of random OCs from DeviantArt. I get that it's for the sake of making it a full collab and giving spotlight to some lesser known artists, but I still feel like you can get better end result by having one unified artstyle and just having different artists making different concept artworks for their characters beforehand.

yeah and i feel like that's also my complain against wnsp i would count some of ido's games like the playable characters and boss characters have different art style to them like in hsob there are the playable characters who are drawn in zun style there are the boss characters which are drawn in anmita's style which is a zun-ish mixed with anime then there are the ending which are drawn like a normal comedy anime ottw also has this problem but wnsp is more noticible there are the playable and main boss characters which looks like an weird earlier 2010s anime style with the thin arms and spiky chin then there are most of the midboss characters which are in zun style then there is elfin which her artwork is reused from tlc and vinkawars which is in alphes style maybe tlc and mpp which is from the different artwork for the endings playable characters and bosses
