@@thecomicbreakdown4889 hahaha I screw up while typing, I just thought it weird that they bothered creating clones of Misaka or trying to boost Accelerator to the next level instead of trying to control and amplify Touma's power.

Let's say that Aleister, the president of the academy city protects Touma from the scientists. That's why Touma is portrayed as lv0, so as not to draw attention. There are two sides here, the first is the mad scientists. The academy city is nothing more than a scientific base, technically a paradise for every scientist obsessed with knowledge as they can study and experiment at will. The other side is that of President Aleister who created the academy city with a far more important purpose. Aleister doesn't care what the scientists do, as long as they don't interfere with his plan. In Touma's case, he occupies 98% of Aleister's main plane, that's why he made it clear for the scientists not to touch Touma. So the scientists go after other Espers like Accelerator, Misaka etc .

確か上条当麻が心理戦で腕本当に千切れてるのにやせ我慢してまるで魔術が効いて無いかのように演出した結果自分の魔術の効果が失われたのでは？と言う疑問を思い浮かべてしまったので魔術そのものの効力が無くなる事が現実化してしまいました！魔術が効力を失う思考が現実化してかかる前に戻ったのでステイルは元に戻りました！ 後日談で上条当麻が腕もげてマジで痛かった！と語ってたのでハッタリで相手の精神状態追い詰めて負けるイメージをさせて勝ったんですよ🙂 言葉の現実化では無くて思考の現実化の魔術なので！

@@サンキューベリーマッチョ 治したじゃなくて錬金術師が頭に想像した事はどんな事でも実現する。 があの魔術の効果なので 上条当麻の腕がモゲてるのに不敵に笑って敵を追い詰めた結果敵が自分の魔術そのものが効いていない！と想像してしまったので魔術の力で引き裂かれたステイルは治りました！ 上条当麻がなぜ腕がモゲたままかと言うと上条当麻の腕は現実化させた刃物で切断したので魔術が無効になると敵が想像しても元には戻りませんでした ステイルは全身が弾ける！と言う想像をしたから弾けたのでここまでは魔術の影響で皮膚が弾けてただけなので敵が魔術が効いていない！の思考がそのまま現実化したので魔術の力で全身を裂かれたステイルのみ元に戻りましたね！
