Truly an amazing property. But to be completely honest.. I'd NEVER feel safe in ANY neighborhood in the city. Far too much crime and little done about it. Heartbreaking 😢

This house is on the corner of Divisadero. It's a very busy street, up a steep hill, so you will hear cars revving all day and night at your stop sign. PS, I live on Union Street for $600 a month, so don't be a sucker!
