I believe that Enes wanted to up his game and make his videos more “professional”, and Mikey was too friendly cozy vibes. The new videographer, although he is very skilled, sounds a lot more robotic and scripted. I’m guessing Enes’ plan is to ignore all the comments asking where Mikey is and hopes that it will be forgotten about soon. 😢

I want to add something…..Enes is the BEST one on the internet for home tours….There have been some other guys that have popped up in his wake….Some are “ok”….but Enes has a perfect demeanor on camera. He realizes that most of the people who watch these videos are not ever going to buy one of these houses….but we are interested in architecture and home style and such. He’s got a great combination of humor, ease, and attention to detail. I don’t get the impression that he is trying to be “cool” like some of the others. I love watching the videos for his take on homes. Great job, Enes. I’ve spent some time in Turkey and you are a good representative for the people there. While I’m at it…One thing I always notice in houses is either books or places to put books. 99% of these places look like the people never open a book, much less read. I’m a bibliophile and have 10k volumes in my 4k sq.ft. Home…they are everywhere. Nicely shelved. But most of these places don’t even have bookcases….except in the home office. At any rate….keep up the good work. Cheers.

Great video and even better home! I watched this video twice just to make sure I saw all that was pointed out. Kudos to architect and builder for pulling it off. The concrete walls are fantastic, it almost looks like it is stamped concrete, with the way the grain and knots in the wood shows up in the concrete. The only minor thing is for me the wine cellar. With the bottle being mounted so high up on the wall, it means you need to bring a ladder in to reach the top bottles- unless the top few rows are for show only. I would have a ladder attached to the wall, and it slides on a track- just like in the huge libraries, so you can reach the upper shelves. Like I said a minor thing.

This is such an amazing home and so beautiful. The layout is perfect and just the right size home. This is truly the best looking home I’ve seen on any channel I’ve seen alot of homes and there are a few that that love. However this home is my FAVOURITE for some reason. After watching this video and seeing how many people miss Mikey, I really think we miss one thing the most. What we miss the most is the "banter" Enes and Mikey would have. It had little to do with the topic but it added human interest to the reporting. Also we liked their differences of opinion, the minor disagreements about tastes. For example, Mikeys favorite color was black and he loved it for walls. He was also sensitve to the non visual like smells. Enes is more into appliances and tech, not to mention the attention to detail he delights in. Mikey was more a "Big Picture" Guy while Enes likes to zoom in for close ups of "Trees instead of the forest". Their chemistry was based more on balance and complementing one another.😊

Agreed on the G wagon but a jeep gladiator rubicon with a soft top would be pretty special too at a third of the price. Of course you need to get the half doors as well.

I am very impressed by how large this house actually is. From the view from the front, I thought that this house was possibly 4 bedrooms. I was very much surprised to learn that there are actually 6 bedrooms and a detached guest house. It just doesn't look that large from the front view (which I like).

That grass/paving stone driveway was a first for me. It definitely looked cool and attractive. On the other hand, that floating entrance way, though attractive, looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen. The gaps look just wide enough to trap a turning person's foot and then contribute to some ankle or leg breakage. No one needs a path that demands constant vigilance to traverse, rather than just allowing a visitor to leisurely appreciate the entire approach.

Hi Enes, I’ve been following you for quite some time and while I enjoy your commentary of the houses, you never once, even in error, show us the heating and cooling systems and how often the internal air is refreshed. Recently you showed an ICF and concrete house and i was hoping to see the geothermal energy room together with the HVAC system. Funny thing is when I first started watching these, I didn't actually care that much for Mikey. But after a few episodes, I really started to look forward to him and his earthy commentary lol. He was the perfect balance for Enes (he likely doesn't realize that). Pompous super-cool showman/hustler, contrasted with Mikey to ground the duo and make it 'real'. That Enes purposefully gives the issue the 'silent treatment' is a well known method for a narcissist to attack - pretend the issue doesn't exist. I'm not saying Enes is a narcissist, I'm just saying this does fit from a psychological point of view. It is time for Enes to address the issue. He can chose whatever he wants to say, and can say it in anyway he wants. But to continue ignoring the matter will only serve to alienate his existing viewers. And new ones will miss out on part of what built this channel. Mikey
