Clearly this house was extensively overpriced, it is on sale and showing on Zillow this month, Aug 2024 for U$6,995,000 , almost 50% off from a year ago... The only part I really love is the amount of garage space, a genuinely nice garage. That amount of glass and just a block away from the Tollway, I imagine the noise level.

It’s definitely interesting to see how the market fluctuates! That garage space does sound like a dream, though. Hopefully, the noise isn’t too distracting! :)

And no disrespect to the builder but just wondering who their target is bc w that many floor to ceiling windows wld b good if u had an ocean view, or view of hollywood sign etc, not just a small back yard. Also w 7 bed rooms u think they wld target a family but if have kids under 12, they run everywhere and sooner than later they r smacking into a glass wall.
