At just short of 8 million I would like to know the square footage and out of curiosity the monthlies---It is a beautiful space but does need one's personality and a few sumptuous area rugs---Certainly not much in the way of room for art---Well done though Can't help to wonder what it would be like during a hurricane? HUMMMM !!!!

It’s been a minute, Peter. Been dealing with a lot, but this penthouse is absolutely beautiful!! Only thing I would change about it would be the length. It’s longer than it is “spacious” in my opinion. The views, balconies, rooms, and kitchen are my favorite about this one. I could go on, but I’ll limit it for now lol. Beautiful Sunny Isle Miami Ritz Carlton Penthouse. I like the master bedroom that has the bed facing the view, I like the view of the green sea from the master bedroom. I like the master bathroom marble. I like the kitchen, dining room and living room.

Hi glenn this side of Florida was unaffected by the storm a few months back. In addition these luxury buildings are built to withstand category 5 storms to perfection . I have been in such a building during a cat 3 storm

i have been looking forward to this! the community assets are pretty nice. i didn't see the price until now, so for 7.8 i suppose you get what you pay for, and for miami, and a penthouse it's inexpensive. after seeing all the penthouses you have shared with us, i feel like this one is either not up to a ritz standard (i used to work for marriott and have some experience with the brand) or the standards for everything else have soared so far up, even with a redo, ritz wouldn't catch up. the kitchen - why can't i look out while making a meal, why am i dining in a dark dining room that has no views, staring at a wall, why do the view room feel so disjointed, and why are there three small windows at the top of the dining room wall. no matter how nice everything else may be, the wide blocked off kitchen, with the slatted barrier in front of the counter would have me asking you, "When is The Bentley scheduled to deliver?" I acknowledge I'm jaded because of the Jade 2 story penthouse, as well as a stunning ph at The Muse. i watched this twice, objectively, then with bias. i was struggling. no way could i visualize that kitchen, i'd be betraying my inspiration board. you did great so i can't thumb it down but it's a big L for the ritz. On a different note, marriott has done this before. in the late 90's and early 00's, marriott managed over 400 senior living properties, everything from luxury independent living to licensed skilled care. they struggled with the brand vs regulations. in the end, they sold off the entire division because it competed with their core competency. marriott is a hotel company, not a regulatory one. so, if their brands excel in the short stay segment, i'm left curious why they are here again. they wouldn't lease out the name because it comes back and rests at bill marriott's door. and this doesn't bode well for the upcoming ritz residences at sea. i predict marriott will dump the residence division in 5 years of less because this will compete with what has them in a class of their own, the guest experience.
