The shining white marble floor inside the Prive Island penthouse is beautiful. The great room is big and beautiful. The view of the sea and Miami from the great room and balcony is awesome. I like the white marble island kitchen. I like the master bedroom with the bed overlooking the window. I like the master bathroom and master closet. I like three women painting of past, present, and future. One of the greatest symbols of luxury is having a pool in your penthouse balcony. I also like the big rectangle swimming pool of Prive Island.

The penthouse has a fantastic space but I’ll probably would have to remodel if buying. Apart from the main bedroom the other ones are too small. They need closets as well. The bathrooms are too small for a real living. Apart from that it’s fantastic.
