This is a stunning penthouse. The size, the outdoor space, the amenities, multiple car garage. All of this located in Miami, is definitely a good deal. Especially if you price this against a three story penthouse in NYC. The NYC penthouse would be three to four times more. And i don't want to get all political. But the policies is weighing New York down. Where as the policies in Florida are bringing in more people.
