First, I watch all of Danilo's videos also. I find them all fascinating since he shows such beautiful properties. Glad you got to collaborate with him in Positano! Second, Carlo's parents are lovely. It's amazing to me they have lived in such a beautiful place for so long, raised a family and are now in the Sunset years enjoying the simple pleasures of life. Enjoy your parents as long as you can...they are a treasure!

It's a real delight to tour the Villa Oliviero with you and Danilo. He always is so charming. The old houses although modernised seem like living entities grown from the rock. It is also a treat to visit Carlo's parents, How much I would love to spend time in that kitchen preparing and enjoying food with Carlo's Mama. Nicki you can treat the chard like silverbeet or spinach. Very young you can toss the leaves in salad, You can also use it to make a greek Spinika Pita. I also make a soup with chicken stock , zucchini, mushrooms, bazil and Chard; Blended together with chilli garlic and black pepper topped with yoghurt or sour cream ... yummy, Great to see Indie up and about again and keeping Holly on her toes. Thanks for the tour of that lovely villa, Nikki. You're lucky to have chard growing in your garden. Chard is delicious. An easy recipe is: Fry onion and garlic and mushrooms (Portobello or Crimini) and slowly add lots of chopped chard . Eat with rice.
