Wonderful tour but won't automation fully replace Technologists? I'm curious like at the moment didn't it reduce the number of medical laboratory scientists in the lab since machines are faster and more accurate?

What is automated here? People are doing analysis manually as all labs do? This automation is now common to almost all labs.

I saw lab in singapore where robotics are doing plating and analysis, i was expecting that kind of automation.
