Restoration is so different than renovation. Thes guys did a beautiful job without taking out all the character of the home. They did it right!!! Absolutely beautiful!! POOL AREA AND LANDSCAPING ARE GORGEOUS

So totally happy that these homeowners did NOT cave in to the pressures of gutting the home!!! KUDOS to you guys! Large roof over hangs are beautiful and protect the doors, windows and siding from rain and moisture damage. Water is the enemy of buildings. Architects and home builders need to bring back large roof over hangs

That's when they were built. And the furniture is meant to continue that period as well. It's similar to restoring American Cars to "period correct" finishing, versus "Restomod".
