Master bedroom upstairs without an elevator, NO BONUS ROOM and half finished spaces are deal breakers for this very formal /traditional home....IMO. However, it was a thorough, well done video. Thank you.
@CJWJR8 ай бұрын
EXACTLY!!! No elevator?! Did I miss something, or is there no insulation in the room starting at 14:08? (I would expect to see foam insulation adhering to the plywood walls.) Too many frilly ornate ceilings, chandeliers, etc., and not enough spent on the basic house itself in some areas. Also, I don't hate having neighbors, but for this price point, one would think you would get at least a little more privacy.

This home is worth 7 million dollars because of the home itself and the acreage that comes with it….. of course, I don’t have 7 million dollars or a budget for the purchase of this home. I think the builder was smart making usage of the square footage. Thank You, Sam and crew for showing this home. Miss Teena 🫶🏼

You showed us one attic space in this multi-million home that is unfinished with NO INSULATION! Wow, I’d want that rectified before I moved in. Otherwise, the house is everything a person could possibly want. The architectural detail inside is very impressive. The yard and outbuildings are impressive. But the lack of insulation makes me wonder if the builder took any other shortcuts? Thank you for an excellent presentation.

This house is beautyfull. The main level is a throw back with chopped up closed off areas. Its not what most buyers are looking for with an open floor plan. The builder did a fantastic job with many of the fine details.

To speak to the comment regarding the insulation in the furnace room, this room is require to have a fresh air intake from the attic per Brentwood codes. These are natural gas units. All the interior walls surrounding this referenced room including the entire home is insulated with foam insulation that is required by code.

Nice house, but to compartmentalized for my taste. It does not flow right and agree with another commentator that finishes is not a 7 million house. Just look at the bathrooms, there is no amazing tile work. Just a a nice sink with a nice mirror with plain walls.

Great visual video. I truly wish you would kill the music and add commentary about the home. Also, it would be great if you showed a floating floorplan in the video as you enter new rooms with that room highlighted so it's easier to gauge the layout of the home easier. But, still GREAT. Erik Conover videos (he's a realtor in NYC - who does the floorplan thing in his videos).

Who is building these houses? All of your combustibles are on the upper level, disaster waiting to happen. The washer and dryer are on the upper level, if the washer leaks, ceiling and walls are screwed. That’s why basements are needed. Not for $7 Million, hard pass!!!!😎😎😎😎😎

A year later and this house is still for sale. It is a testament to Nashville real estate developers. Why build a house this big facing a busy road and not even try to landscape it so that it looks like a luxury area? I haven’t even started to look at the video of the house inside, but from the comments I can tell that it’s disappointing. I hope whoever decided to do this, learned some type of lesson. They could’ve built a turn in side street of five $1 million houses on a cul-de-sac and nobody would’ve had to face the highway.

This home is very closed in on the first level. Not a fan of the layout at all. Also the hardwood and some of the materials used. I noticed homes in Nashville are just not built to the caliber of homes in Utah , Texas, and some other states. Those hardwood floors are absolutely ugly and those beams in the kitchen. For a home of 7 million dollars that kitchen is a joke. I sure wouldn’t pay that price for that home.

Great tour. Not a fan of the interior choices….. the floor,looks like a patchwork quilt…. Wide white oak plank would have looked much better……cabinets don’t go all the way to the ceiling in some areas which cheapens the look. And for 7 mill…that garage is not good…. I would not be happy with the designer…the place is very muddled……traditional most everywhere, then these random modern (and ugly) basins in the powder rooms.? Not sure what is going on in kitchen with the wood surrounds…just makes it look disjointed. The shiny chrome fittings and lights look cheap and nasty…And the ceilings look low…. 12 foot ceilings would have been bette for,this price point. Love the exterior and the outside entertaining areas.😮
