Hi Michael. I guess that would really be a matter of preference, because there are so many aspects to each community, like location, tax rate, amenities preference, etc.. Personally, I would rank them as 1 Grand Central Park, 2 The Woodlands Hills, and 3 Artavia. My biggest complaint with Artavia is that there is no community pool, although they’re not done building. If you would like more specifics, just give me a call or text.

Furthermore, we don't know! A newer community is so appealing to me and many. I'm smack in W. Houston and I have a MUD tax. SoOo. Looks like an amazing place, and actually affordable!
