I actually heard some rattles as he was driving over some bumpy roads in the king here but when he test drove some Newell‘s I never heard that. I would rather have a 2016 Newell for about the same price than a brand new 2022 king air. But, to Newmar’s credit, they really have stepped up their game!

So close with this coach. Love the windows and wood look floors. Overall great effort. Those slides are killing me, though. For 1.4 million, there are just a few too many things that still have a cheap feel.

At 3:45 Andrew, look at the electrical boxes. That's not commensurate with a $1.5M coach, I'm sorry. Spacing is all over the place, some overlapping. If I can see that, what else is there that I'm not seeing. Coach looks awesome, but I see the difference between them and, say, Newell. Good video though, as usual!

Im sorry to say that my mom passed away in 1999 and my dad passed away in 2010. But my dad bought a new mountainaire back in the 70's. I think it was a mountainair. I can still remember the day we when to sears and mom bought all the towels and sheets for the bed and the sofa. Then they drove to a grocery store and jam packed it with food and she bought thick paper plates and plastic forks.and plastic tumblers. But they drove it till my mom passed away. It had over a million miles on it. And during the summer months i got a chance to drive it, before i had a drivers license. The only problem i had was getting used to the air brakes. My dad sold her in 2009. One year to the day that he passed away. For the money its well worth it. No worries about a hotel room or finding a restaurant. Pull into a rv park, set the brakes, lower the jacks, put out the slides, then the canopys and connect the power cord and the black water hose and the white garden hose. I can say I had a blast and made alot of memorys in it. Now in this video I did not see a dishwasher. Did newmar stop putting in dishwashers. If i was well off i would pick a Kingair before buying a prevost. Those you are only paying for the name. Keep up the great work Newmar.

It's nice....and I've always been a big fan (and owner) of Newmar....but at the end of the day it's a production coach focused more on eye candy and gadgets....not so much on constructions and safety. Personally if I was going to spend 1 mil plus ..I'd be looking at Prevost buses. Nothing beats steel monocoque steel construction. Another great video Andrew.

Jake hits it right on the head. I've owned Newmar they're fine but they are still a production coach, when you start getting into marathons and liberties etc you're talking a whole different animal. Those take months to build not days to build ,they are made out of aluminum and steel not fiberglass and Luan. A pre-owned Prevost in the price range of that brand new Newmar is light years ahead.A new Kia vs a well cared for Lexus ,seriously - which one would you own?

Couldn't have said it better. This coach is for small, short trips and more of a "look at me". Couldn't imagine a family traveling long distance in this as there isn't any room with the slides in.

A 1/2 bed round sofa bottom section means u can seat another dog kid or child in a normal 3 cushion back but more like near 4 bottom w/curve, spar idea of inspiration saw in shot. If kids lay on bottom they can legs raised sit4, or dog near feet bottom.

Belton, not far from my neck of the woods. - headlights are hopefully bi-LED, so you won’t need to ever change them - not thrilled with paint scheme - UV water treatment? Hopefully it’s an RO - 30kW amp hours, not bad - ceiling very gaudy - windows look amazing

Beautiful coach!! Couple thoughts. At this price point why is the King Aire not on the Spartan K4 chassis and what is the difference between the K3 and K4? Also, what is the thought process behind buying this over a pre-owned Newell or bus conversion at this price point? Other than to have a brand new coach which I've learned from experience isn't the best due to all the bugs and break-in that's required. How does the ride and drive compare to a pre-owned Newell or Prevost conversation in the 1.4M price point? Thanks for all the great content. Keep it Boomin!!

@@RVingwithAndrewSteele I'm sure it drove smooth Andrew but we could hear a lot of rattling from the dash. I had a Newmar Mountain Aire years ago and the dash was not secured properly to the interior. The interior looks amazing but it's what's hidden that sometimes matters more especially at this price point. Thanks for sharing the drive

Bus36, I think a used $1.4 million Newell or Liberty is a way better buy and a better bus than a new Newmar. FWIW, I haven't owned either but from what I hear, you can't go wrong with a Newell.

Hi G. Both are nice options. I sell Renegade XL and the Supreme Aire. I like the A's because they build the Rv over the engine so you have additional living space. In a super c you give up 6ft to 7ft of living space because it is sitting outside under a hood. I have options either way. Happy Trails :) My number is in the video if you would like to chat.

Beautiful coach but honesty, it does not have any features (except the 605 hp) that by 2019 Tiffin 45 OPP bus does not have (passenger controls, heated floors, remote shades, silver leaf, iPad /iPhone control, air & hydraulic leveling, etc etc). It is certainly fancier, but I will take my coach and keep the extra $700K in my pocket

Hi ken. If you get a chance watch the full video and you will see that it has an R24 in the Roof, R11 walls, R48 Floor (cooler in the summer, warmer in the winter, better noise control). and you can run front and Middle AC without being plugged in or running the Generator. There is a ton of Value built into this coach. Taller slide outs and so much more...

I love Neymar's but their quality is going down (according to all independent reviews) and I just do not think the value equation for the KA is there The LA or the MA is a lot better value than the KA

The look of the coach is nice. This pricey coach, you would think, would have the slides like the Newell, Prevost and Foretravel. Rounded corners, no framework on the outside of the slides, painted underneath, seamless in many ways. The inside floor plan is liveable, however, the total look is boxy. Again, no rounded corners on the dining room table, none on the kitchen countertop, none on the cabinets. No warmth to the coach inside. Bedroom blinds get noisy. Sorry, but those are my comments, this is not my coach, never was a fan of Newmar.
