Really nice coach. Folk complaining about a 1 million dollar production coach needs to realize that a new Newell or Prevost conversion now is 2.5 million. 15 years ago this coach would list for 500K with a Prevost conversion or Newell at 1.2 million. It's a lot of money and I am happy for anyone that can afford this much luxury. Thanks Andrew for your videos.

Before the pandemic most dealers would knock off 20%-25% to start with on this high of a price point. So at 1M you are looking at 800K-750K as a starting pint. I would expect a 30%-35% margin on MSRP which would be 300K-350K profit at MSRP. Pure speculation on my part. Just basing it on my experience the past 30 years or so of RV ownership.

I would never buy a million dollar coach on a Spartan Chassis. I know it is a nice coach, but not a million dollar coach with out being on a monocot or semi-monocot chassis.

Horrible layout in my opinion. It's beautiful but the layout is VERY screwy. Once the bed is made out the ones going to bed can't view the tv. I think happy jacks are the way to go. For over a million dollars you should be able to sleep more than 4.
