Thank you for sharing your work vessel cabin. You have a port hole with what cruise ships call ( life boat blockage) Just a joke there my friend 😊❤ you at least get a good window for sunlight coming into your cabin 😊 Love how you show Pilot vessel so, so important for port work. People traveling on cruise ships, my personal opinion is you have a master stateroom for a working vessel. You show people what they will get if they go into the industry 😊❤😊

@emmo_934 ай бұрын
@truckermre good to see you again, welcome back! Food on board depends on the crew. Indian crew this time so curries mainly with chapati bread but the chief cook worked in hotels before so he prepared food for us westerners on board but I still loved trying the authentic dishes. I'm in charge of fumigation of the wood cargo inside the cargo holds during the voyage and monitoring until we reach the destination. 😊

As representative of shipper I ment those who is sending the cargo let say to China or Japan. So as I got it it's common practice to board the fumigator for whole voyage wiith logs to each vessel from NZ?
@emmo_934 ай бұрын
@@alexmontego189 yep especially logs for China they require it fumigated to a certain standard, korea fumigates the logs on arrival. Taiwan and China logs on top stow are fumigated in port before being loaded. Logs below are fumigated at port before departure and again 5 days later with more product then ventilated 11 days later.
